Julye Blom is a Finnish artist who knows how to deliver soulful goods. She draws inspiration from the sounds of the 60’s and 70’s but doesn't really go out of her way to stay “vintage” or “retro” - she's thinking outside the traditional box. There’s a bit of blues, a bit of jazz, rock ‘n’ roll and a whole lotta soul combined with Julye’s unique, stunning voice. It’s raw, it’s thrilling, it’s life, it’s soul. It's a timeless freedom to express yourself.

She’s been acknowledged widely during the last few years especially in the local scene. 

Julye's journey began in 2020 with the release of her debut single, “Summer Breeze,” which was acclaimed by Finnish critic Desibeli for its refreshing take on Woodstock-era sounds. She released her debut album, “Painting It Blue”, on November 8, 2024. Julye plays with the paradoxes of life on a record where danceable songs mix with heart-wrenching lyrics.
